Had a week w/o the Z's.....

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Well this has been a tough one, we put the son's ZX down to replace some injectors and fell into the while we're at it hole..............hope to get it back running this week though. It should be running sweet with an overhauled fuel delivery system to go with the recent tune up and new dizzy.
My Z went down this week due to a small hole in the original radiator. Been puttin off replacing that puppy and she finally caught up to me. Drove it to work about mid week and when I came out to go to lunch, I had the mysterious green puddle streaming from underneath. Luckily, it was a small enough leak to allow a "fill up" from the garden hose and a quick trip back home.
Did have one bright spot on Saturday, went to the GoodGuys car show in Nashville and spotted a SWEET little 1970 Datsun pickup. Couldn't locate the owner, but he sure did a bangup job on the restoration. It was one of the nicest, cleanest rides in the truck category.
SCCA had a short road course set up for running timed trials. Watching those big muscle cars labor thru the course made me wish I had brought the Z down. We would have owned that trophy..........doubt the diehard muscle guys would have let Rudolph play in their games.........if you know what I mean............lol
Well, the new rad arrives tomorrow and hopefully Pallnet's little package arrives this week too. We need some butt time in the Z"s to get things back to normal around here.
