A&Q about 350Z

i was supposed to help my dad replace his egr valve in his van... but instead, i wind up taking him for a ride in the Z, and just hangin out... so now im bored, and thinking about what im gonna do when i do my valve guide seals..
i figure ill just pull my cam, and make it easier on me to do them. that and throw in a 260z cam (on a dished 2.8, with an n47 head).
so i ask, how much will the powerband move up? i know its a hotter cam, so im a little worried if ill hurt performance, or give her a little more scoot, to make for a good daily driver.
that, and how high can i rev it safely, i know la260 takes his 260z up to 7400rpms... i know i cant rev that high, but i assume the cam will let me have a better shift point than around 5600rpms...
i know mcadam has this cam on his l28, but for anyone who would know... hehe.

the cam you have now is probably 246 duration and the 260 is 256 duration - im gonna jump out on a limb here as i have never done any cam stuff except take one out and put it back in but im gonna go with your not going to notice anything

I don't know, I've heard others say that you don't get any signifigant ponies on the dyno, however they say they can feel it more in the butt dyno.

i dont care really how much more power i get, just a little more of that fun feeling from my slow car! lol.
but yeah... i figure all of my little mods will add up to a descent mod, not a turbo, i mean i have one, i just have to piece everything else together again (j-pipe, etc.).
