Hi folks,
I thought it only proper to mention when somebody does something right. I ordered some parts from MSA and was not satisfied with the quality of one of the parts. I called and the problem was immediately handled to my satisfaction. I've been doing business with MSA for about 4 years or more and have always been pleased with the service. I hope you all have had the same good fortune with them.

I like MSA, they've always treated me well. I hear people complain about their prices but where else can you just pick up the phone and order almost anything you want for your Z?

I agree that they're good with refunds, but when it comes to international orders obviously shipping costs aren't refunded so that's where some of us get really burnt when sent the wrong/broken/damaged items etc
Generally though I've found their customer service helpful also...
