Well, I registered, Did YOU?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

All you guys in SoCal, the registration for the Japanese Classic Car Show down in Long Beach has been open for a month now, and I just registered. Last year this show filled up pretty quick, if you guys want to see some neat old school cars (Pre-1985) at least show up for the show September 30th. Filled up pretty quickly last year, with Subarus, Hinos, old Toyota Publicas, all sorts of odd and interesting vehicles for car guys to ogle (including a couple of Toyota 2000GTs!) And yes, of course the local Z-Car Clubs represented well with a good showing from all over the Southland. I like to be able to go to a show where it's not just Z-Cars. And it's nice to see ALL the old cars represented that put the hobby get to where it is today. (Not the attitude of the professed "hater" I am accused of being, but hey, what to accusers really know anyhow?)
I just registered the Bonneville Car, and hopefully we will be able to do some "Sound Runs" during the show, the sound this thing makes at 9Krpm is distinctive!
I haven't seen much if anything about it here yet, but thought if anybody wanted to get in on it, they better register soon, last year they did have to return registration fees to those over the limit. It's held in the park near the Queen Mary in Long Beach, a very nice venue for a car show.
Hope to see you guys there, this is the first long-term comittment I've made since transferring to the new division, so we shall see if I'm not doing another "fly-in-the-day-before-the-show, fly-out-the-day-after" deal or not!
Oh, yeah, link would probably help, huh...

sure like to attend as a spectator. Weekend of Sept 30th, I have got to find a reason to visit some West Coast customers. I hate the BS of National Accounts but a show of this quality would be worth the pain to get there.
Good Luck to ya and if I can work the trip out I will certainly be looking you and your Z up at the show.

I got the converter, but I have to clean off my wife's laptop to accomodate it's bloatware for the conversion to MPG and DVD....
Working on it, be patient, I'm sure pBlue will make a big deal about it when it goes up...
Then again, that run is only like 8700, it's just before the "warbling siren tone" starts out the exhaust pipe!
