A&Q about 350Z
Q:
I'm trying to share my wireless internet connection with my Xbox so I can play online games for free using something like XBConnect.
My setup is PC -> internet -> wireless router via USB receiver and the Xbox is connected directly to the PC's ethernet port using a crossover RJ45 cable.
I can see/FTP the Xbox, but whenever I enable the local (Xbox) connection, the internet connection disappears...

I have a feeling it's to do with the IP addresses maybe? My wireless connection is using DHCP, and the Xbox has a static IP of 192.168.0.200, subnet 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.0.1.
My wireless router has IP address 192.168.0.1. Could there be a conflict or something? What should I be looking for?
A:
You need to bridge the connections. Highlight both your wireless connection and also the wired connection to the X-Box, then right click and select bridge connection.
This isnt the best method for sharing, ICS is crap imo. I would recommend getting a proper wireless network bridge designed for connection consoles to wireless routers. They are about £30-40.

Also, forgot you need to manually enable ICS for the wireless connection. Do it through the advanced properties for the connection if you havent already.
