A&Q about 350Z

Cue miserable b*stard comment from Hill himself...
jumped up twt... he only did well when he had a car so superior to the rest of the field they had no chance, Frank Williams knew that too, which is why he told him to Foxtrot Oscar when he got too big headed, which was virtually end of his F1 career, nuff said.......
But of course the same applies to schumacher, without Ross Brawn and J Todt Ferrari wouldn't have done so well... They've replaced MS with the next fastsest man on the grid, but the qualities of the men behind the scenes are not so easy to define IMO.

one of the major reasons schuey has been so successful in F1 is what he does behind the scenes, yes he's pretty fast, competitive and ultra relentless, but he's a very smart man also. He has built a team around him, perhaps the best ever IMO, and thats the reason he's achieved what he has, F1 is a team game. Never critisises the Team. Always thanks the Team.
There are probably faster drivers, maybe Kimi is one of them, but he will never achieve what Schuey has as for what I've seen and heard so far, he's not exactly mr carisma and gets too many people's backs up....not a good idea when you need 110% out of them.

quote from Damon.
"You've got to have some respect. There's no need for it in F1, it's only a bloody sport. It doesn't have to happen."
Only a sport?
*cough* Erm.... its a multi billion $$ business, not just a sport.
