A&Q about 350Z
Q:

£2k.
A:

2k! Feck me, how is that justified?
A:

Although the whole car makes me feel unusual I can categorically state that my favourite
motorsport part ever is this wheel here. (been thinking about this for 3 days.... )
mmmmmmm
MMMM that's the '78 Turbo 935 isn't it? Moby Dick?
I saw this in the Porsche Museum, in Gmündt:

nice rims

The master cylinders have pull-to-compress rather than push pistons + they're the only one doing that design at the mo - kerr ching.
A:

and that justifies them charging people 2K for them crikey -
A:

To be fair a push op AP unit is about £1400 inc. master cylinders. Nice kit though!
A:

hmmmmm, so if someone had access to laser sintering/machining and investment casting kit, there could be a market for pedal boxes.......
I guess they have to pay a fairly huge product liability insurance, and go through lots of testing, so if they only make a few then £2k seems no too gready

A:

U missed out the best bit of that car, Independant rear suspension.

A:

Doesn't even look like a mk1 underneath?
A:

It won't do Mike, it's been hacked about, big time
A:

that looks awesome, i want it
A:

That's what i mean, you can change something so much that the original object doesn't exist anymore underneath (pardon pun).
A:

would love to know what class that is raced in
A:

My thoughts entirely Rob. Don't think you could run it in much over here?

A:

It was built to race in Roadsport Class B in Finland.

It is aimed for 2 wheel drive, factory made, cars which drop outside historic classes but which are no longer internationally homologated. Generally in the classes A-C the car must be homologated before 1.1.1985
