Yup, equal length shafts. Cassette LSD unit lives behind engine. Remove RH flange and small end casing and it pulls out.

Not quite that much Phatty, but not far short. Got shafts and a few other bits n bobs as well though, all new. VWM sell the box for about £15k so bit of a bargain really!
