Hi people, I am currently doing my boot install, and was wondering if you are able to wire a amp and sub into the standard head unit in a Mk4 Golf Gti, it's a Gamma head unit. I can't really afford a new head unit just yet, and was wondering if I could wire it to my standard head unit for now.

you can indeed!
i did this a few weeks ago on my mates MK4, there is an autoleads connector that plugs in to the spare yellow iso on the back of your HU, u stick it in there and it gives you 2 RCA outputs for an amp (or amps )
