how much does buggering your offset do?!
if i fit 7.5x16 et 35 inner clearance is -9mm, whats that going to do?!
and outer rim position is +29mm, good or bad?
would it be better to fit et30's at:
inner clearance -4mm
outer wheel position +34mm
or neither?!

If you look at the list then that kinda tells you what you need to know.
If the offset is between 35 and 43 you should be fine.
Just for instance I run et15 all round on my VR but i needed arches rolling

Don't stress about the offset mate, ET35 will be no problem it's only when you start lowering your car to silly levels you will need to look at wheel camber adjustment. It's easily checked and adjusted, you should run about 1deg. If you lower the car by more than 40mm and you have some weight in the back then at worst you may have to roll the lip on the rear arches. This again isn't that expensive or difficult to do when you have the correct arch rolling kit.
