how easy would it be to fix a new oil seal or is there any where that could do this for me?
its just i have been offered a pair of rear supersport coilovers for my mk3 which is a bit high at the rear on a 35mm drop but 1 of them has an oil leak and needs a new seal

You would need to sent them back to the manufacturer to get repaired - its not a diy job.
