hi all, got my box out of my 97 vr6 and just thinking while its out might aswell change the oil, what oil do peeps recommend, the manual says 75w90

how much is that per litre?
when i got mine i put millers semi synth box oil in there.
if i were to do it again, id buy some cheap stuff to flush it first (its not unusual for box oil to be in there in excess of 100k miles). i would then put the nice stuff in.

Im plannin to change mine I just got some like for like VAG gear oil but I would like to use a fully systhetic oil such as mobil 1 gear oil but I dont know if this would suit the box?
