hi matt, I know it's possible, just a fair amount of work is required. If you've got a donor car to work from then it'll be easier as you can just route pipes/wires in the same place. You might still need to take it to a pro to get the system gased/flushed. Think main components are:
-radiator
-a/c motor and clutch
-hoses
-cabin fan
-facia maybe dials
-centre console switches
-wiring loom

You will also need the air conditioner condensor at the front, the filter drier at the front, evaporator unit in the air box behind the dash together with the air box itself
