Theres a 2.0 16v audi 80 in my local scrappy with almost brand new looking braided injector pipes and injectors.
Any idea if the injectors and lines will fit in my KR?
The fuel metering head looks a different shape. And im not sure if they will be the same shape and size as my kr as the engine is mounted the opposite way as in a golf.
Does anyone know?

I'm 99% sure they won't mate as the engines mounted the other way round and the metering head is in a completly different place. I've got a box of 16v KR bits at home and i'm sure theres a full set of braided lines in there. Unfortunatly i sold the metering head on ebay a while ago. I'm not back home till tomorrow night now but can have a look if you want.

They're 280mm disks and i'm pretty sure they should bolt straight onto your mk2 hubs, but only if you have the 256mm disks and not the 239mm ones. Check he spacing of where the caliper carrier bolts to the hub, if it's the same then yes and you just need G60 disks.

Ive got 239mm on mine, what will i need to make them fit?
Theres 3 8v gti's in there so i can get whatever 256mm bits i need.

I'm not 100% but i think you will need the 256mm hubs as they've got a different bolt spacing on the caliper carriers, and then you will be able to bolt the 280mm calipers stright to them. But, you need 15" wheels otherwise they won't fit.

8v GTIs won't have the 256 setup you need - they're 239. You need a late 16v golf, or some passats (not sure which ones, sorry).

There's a few passats down there aswell, so ill have a search.
Ill get the callipers and discs from the 80 though anyway.

Pass on that one, you'll probably have to measure them, at a guess i'd say 239. What your looking for is mk2 hubs that have the same bolt spacing (on the caliper carrier) as the 280mm ones your getting of the audi. But if i remember correctly the audi is 5 stud so you'll need to buy disks anyway.

You'll have 239mm non vented on that. I'm not sure how much is common to the 239mm vented discs on the GTI. I don't think there's any commonality with the bigger sizes.
VR6will had a set of 256 discs for sale a few weeks ago, from a passat 16v he was stripping. Drop him a PM to see if he's still got them.

I would have had the bottom end, But somebodys already stripped the head off( probably to look) And just left it. The bores are quite rusty now. The heads sitting on the floor next to it, and is also quite rusty. I thought about buying it as a spare and maybe sending it to get refurbed. I dont know yet, I cant really afford it right now.
Any other bits i can have off the 80? I take it all the wiring will be different... But would the fuel pump be ok for my kr?
