Should the dizzy vacuum unit on a '85 mk2 GTI have one or two vacuum connections?
I've had a really bad running problem on very light throttle, so I've swapped the dizzy for one off a DX engine with one one vac connection and blanked the other vac pipe. That's cured it for now, but I'm wondering which vac unit it should have and if the one with two connections was correct how it should be connected, as both connections were linked to the same source.
