A&Q about 350Z
Q:
right i want to strip my new engine and rebuild it back up,
now they weigh a freaking ton blocks with heads on etc, what sort of stand is going to be man enough for the job of holding a good weight (block alone empty must weigh 35KG) and being able to spin it over when required when working on it??
A:
Go to ur local motor factor, they should manage to help.Better off going for a known professional make like Sealy, Taskmaster, SP, Snap On.
A:
is more than good enough for the job.
I have similar, which was cheaper iirc ,and it was a necessity for building the engine.
A:
That will be fine, but if you can I'd avoid getting one with 3 wheels. Try and get one with four wheels if possible, the Golf engine isnt big or that heavy but you may need the stand for something bigger in the future.
