what fuel pipe?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Ive just bought a 16v lift pump from the bay, and would like to get new fuel lines.
Ive had a look on gsf's webbie, and they stock three different sizes... 5,7 and 9mm.
What size piping should i use for the flow and return pipes that run the length of the car?
I take it the 5mm ones are like injector pipes as they also do them as braided hoses.
Also.... what length will i need?
TIA,
tony.

BUMP Anyone?
A:

Somebody must know...
Ive used the search and the only info ive found is the flow pipe has to be capable of handling 6.5 bar. the return pipe doesnt have to hold such a high pressure.
Do vw do the complete fuel lines?
A:

Do mean the unit with the fuel level sender on it, if so it is 7mm.

They do indeed, and I'm not sure if an external feed pipe in rubber after the main fuel pump is allowable - probably wrong, though.

Thanks!!!
Im after the complete lines that run from fuel pump near the tank all the way to the engine bay...
Am i better off buying second hand lines?
Fuel lines from a 1.6 injection will be no good i take it, as ive got a 1.6 injection sitting on my drive, and im trying to get everything off it i might need before it goes to the scrappy next week.
Could i check to see if theyre stamped with the pressure rating on them?
Cheers again.
