you want to use one of the big types of filter, you know, the ones that look like a loaf of bread as it were...the more filter surface area, the better.

demon theives, think Rob T runs a cosworth DFV filter on his throttle bodies, if it flows enough as a pair for 500bhp then it'll do you :D

limits airhorn length however which is key to good torque on tuned 16v motor.
As for how much power you will get, its very much down to the spec of your engine..
I have seen from 15bhp to 37bhp from DTH 45mm 16v throttle body conversions.... the difference is in the engines not the throttle bodies... they only let air in.
