A&Q about 350Z
Q:
If my Mk3 Diesel has been parked uphill it won't start. It turns over but doesn't fire. It can be bumped and it will run fine and when its parked on flat or downhill it starts no problem. I assume that it is most likely a problem with the injector pump, or could there be another reason?
A:
install a "non return valve" in the diesel line just before the fuel filter, that will stop the fuel filter draining back to the tank, (cheap fix) around £4-£6 from most car shops
