Non-airbag steering wheel on Mk3

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I'm wanting to fit my trusty Momo wheel on my Mk3, & I
remember reading somewhere that I need an airbag resistor in
order to stop the airbag light coming on. Is this correct? & if so,
where can I get one from?
Thanks,
Robbo

Hi Robbo
You might try ebay
I'm not sure of alternatives, maybe gsfcarparts.com give them a call, they're usually helpful.
A:

Much obliged for that, I just managed to get a bid in in time
I had tried ebay before, but hadn't reckoned on people spelling resistOr incorrectly
Cheers,
Robbo

Erm, there's no bids on it! The resistor is probably worth about 35p!
A:

Possibly, but I understand Awesome knock them out for about a
tenner

cant you just remove the bulb lol

Do airbag steering wheels just unbolt as normal? Or is there an immobilisation procedure?

just disconect the batttery for ten minutes befrore removing the airbag, unbolts as normal apart from a slip ring connecter that needs disconecting
A:

no need to remove the battery, just remove the ign key and all is fine
