Going for a rolling road-advice?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Right guys i'm getting my car put on the rollers tonight, however would like some advice.
Someone told me I should inflate my tyres a little more than usual? Is this correct?
Also do I need my towing eye hook connected to my car to strap it down? Any other advice regarding general things to be careful off and will help the run will be good
A:

low tyre pressure will give a lower bhp reading...so have em correct or higher
might be a idea to have the tow hook handy
A:

General check over, water, oil levels etc, and make sure your plugs, dizzy and air filter are clean.
If it's very low on coilies it might be an idea to jack it up a bit, saves time doing it there or removing the front bumper/splitter.
And make sure there be petrol in it
A:

make sure you read the 'If your cambelt should snap while on the rolling road...' disclaimer!
A:

Ear plugs because it gets fecking loud.
A:

Bring busfair home just incase things go horribly wrong.
A:

And a tissue.
If it goes wrong, dry your eyes.
If it goes right, keep for future.
If it goes VERY right, wipe the pee off your leg from laughing all the way home.

Yay! This is what i had to do
Train from Stealth back to London was fun!
A:

Well had it done
Car wasn't great and was disappointed, but at least I have evidence to speak to a certain company now.
Car sounded good for a TDI as well!

73.8hp at the wheels at 3800 rpm
Equating that to flywheel is around 90hp I've been told (or slightly less) however the car should be pumping out between 115-120hp with 180-200lb/ft torque at the flywheel.
The car isn't boosting properly (Boost is no way near the level It should be) and yesterday we had problems getting into the ECU for the map, despite VAG COM reading the ECU fine.
A few phone calls today I think is needed as really need my car fixed as i'm missing around 20-25hp which is alot given the size of my engine.
A:

Yeh that's a fair old bit to be missing. Any idea of the cause at all?
A:

Well yesterday night Storm Developments tried to use their custom code software to check my phase 2 map I already have, but had no luck getting into it.
We honestly can only think of a couple more reasons for the lack of boost. So phoned JBS who are going to look at it next weekend to hopefully sort the issues, as i'm putting a bet its down to the MAP or ECU.
Just hope i can find the extra 25 horses to unleash in my car

Good luck mate
A:

That is a bit disapointing but at least youve got somethiong to look forward to

Not sure to be honest as the ECU cannot be read so hopefully that isn't screwed and hope that the problem doesn't relate back to having a dodgey turbo!
However the actuator on my turbo looks a bit corroded and stiff so hope it is just that
Willl post updates on my next power figures
A:

Hopefully it's just the spring. If the actuator is too stiff and not allowing it to boost fully, my old man had that problem on his Cossie when he first bought it. The bloke selling it took it to a few places and no one could diagnose why it wasn't producing full boost, so he sold it quite cheap, my old man fitted an actuator a mate had lying about and the probblem was solved.

To stiff would make it overboost, to weak would cause it to underboost.

I new I'd get it the wrong way round. My old man lost me when he started rabbiting on about changing the stiffness of springs in actuators to allow for more or less boost, then started going on about something else so I left him there talking to himself.
