Have a leak comimg down from passenger side, have cheaked all the grommets, it cant be the heater matrix as the water is clear, has anyone got any other ideas. Poured gallons of water on windscreen and passenger door but still at a miss, but when it rains there is half acup of water on the floor as the carpets are off. Please help as fed up with having a swimming pool as a car.

could be the plastic membrane behind the door card or the heater inlet under the scuttle tray at the back of the engine bay. Lift out the black plastic tray and have a look around. I took my heater inlet off and resealed it with silicone sealer and haven't had a problem since.

check the drain on the passenger side is not blocked, and remove & reseal the blower vent intake

Thanks for the suggestions, its not the door cards these have been resealed will check out the other suggestions this weekend, we had the windscreen resealed today as some water was getting in there. Its bound to rain tonight so we will see tomorrow.

Having the windscreen sealed seems to have done the trick its poured down ever since having it done and not leaked yet.
