Which reclining race-style seats

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Hi,
My front seats are knackered ('90 Mk2 16v 3dr) so I'm thinking of getting a pair of reclining race-style seats.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks,
R.

Keep a look out for a set of Golf Mk2 Recaros - though they're a bit pricy. Or you could go Corrado seats - not quite as sporty but a straight fit. You could get a pair of Recaros from another car - Ford, Vauxhall and Rover fitted them but then you'll need the Golf subframes at £95 a pop.
Alternatively get seats from a company with motorsports pedigree - Sparco, Recaro, Corbeau, Cobra - though they will need tailored subframes and they're not cheap.
Beware of the cheap 'Recaro style' cr*p being peddled on Ebay, there's a reason that a good seat costs £200+ each and you can get a pair of copies for £120 - and you'll struggle to find a subframe. Nasty, nasty, nasty.
And don't be tempted by seats that have been in an accident described as 'easily fixed' - you'll never get them straight and who knows what will happen if you need them to save you.
