Hiya, i was wondering how easy/hard it is to put i different dash into a mk2 1989 golf, i was thinkin along the lines of a corrado or a vento dash? i've heard getting the heatin system to works is the hardest bit, any ideas to get around this??

People have done it so i guess there must be a way

look in members motors some 1 put a mk 3 dash in there mk2 and used the mk3 heater and got it all working properlly
its suppossed to be a lot easir than using mk2 stuff with a mk3 dash
ps ill do a search in a minute to find out who done it

Today ive fitted the entire mk3 heater box, so will have no issues with controls/ heating etc.
Absolute piece of pis* to be honest, i dont know why every one who did mk3 dash swap didnt do it?
Also got knee bar all bolted in using side supports, centre console link and 2 custom brackets
