ok cant afford alloys (only 17) so though maybe theres a way to make steel wheels looking better. At the moment there have a few chips in etc. Is there a way of covering these up tried some silver wax had lying around that failed. Need to be a cheap method...
any suggestion would be great.

buy some g60 steels mate , do a search and you will find everything you want to know !
