hi recently i have descovered i need a bottom end rebuild only running 7psi oil pressure. however i was just wondering how much the cars worth as it is? its recently had a brand new set of jamex coiovers fitted and a full ss scorpion exhaust. any commenys most welcome.

i'd just stick a new engine in it you'll not get much for it with a fooked engine or a 2.0 bottom end thats what i'd do if you get a low mileage 2e block out of passat i wouldn't even bother rebuilding it

some more details. also i have stripped the bottom end and replaced the big end bearings oil pump new sump etc. so everything is a ok. its a 1990 8v with pas. it has service history upto 90k and i have just repaced the cam belt water pump new pas rack, bottom end, oil filter plugs, leads. its in excellent condition inside and out with no rust dents etc.
