How easy is it to replace?

pretty easy .....few sockets and a jack req

Turns out the front engine mount was fooked also :( least the gearchange feels better now

Does replacing the front engine mount tighten up the gearchange then??

The gearbox mount I think made the difference there, but changing the front mount has stopped engine rattles/loose feeling
