A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Hi,
Just wondering where is the best place to take the oil feed from for the turbo on a KR 16v engine.
Am I right in thinking that I should by a 't' piece brass fitting and connect into any one of the oil temperature sender points. What size thread do the vw senders use? Is it 1/8 NPT?
Cheers
Martin

I was hesitating to answer on this as I have an ongoing issue. But anyway...
I have a -4AN line that currently taps off the oil temp unit hole on the side of the head with a "tee" to still use the oil temp sender. You can also tap off the middle hole (filtered oil and cream oil sw) from the oil filter housing. I had it here first. Think Automotive supplies all the bits to make your own feed.
My issue is newer engine blocks ABF, AGG, ACE, etc have three holes for the filter housing. Main galleries, Intermediate shaft and Clyinder head Non return. There seems to be a passage off the middle 3 piece main bearing that also goes to the head. If anybody has a oil circuit of these newer motors I will happy to view it.

you can use the oil feed system that comes of the head to the supercharger on the g60 engine. comes with a housing for the oil pressure sensor and a banto bolt connection for the oil line which you can connect to your turbo
